Submitting Talent

Partner submissions need to be sent to resumes@eastonsearch.com the desired Job Order# must be quoted in the subject line to ensure proper client review.

1 Resume InboxEmailing Resumes

Send emails that have candidate resumes in the body of the message or as an attachment.

Accepted Formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, .html, .txt



2 Resume Inbox Candidates from Job Boards

Use the “Forward Resume” feature found in many popular job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.) to import resumes found using searches.



3 Resume InboxSubmitting Candidates

Add job # in the subject line of your email to automatically attach the new candidate to job order pipeline.

When viewing a job order, the # can be found on the top right of the page.


4 Resume InboxCandidate Ownership

Candidates submitted via email are tagged by date and sender’s email address, as the source and ‘inventory holder’ for the time identified by the partnering agreement.
