<p>Responsibilities will include designing and developing content authoring, organizing, social and fundraising tools, working with third-party web services and SDKs, and working closely with designers, organizers, fundraisers, and content creators as we experiment with interactive, mobile or data visualization applications.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be capable of developing a system from beginning to end: he or she will be responsible for gathering requirements, developing mid level services, and applying them to a front-end UI and database modeling. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong technical skills, is a self starter with excellent problem-solving skills, thinks strategically, and can collaborate well with others. The ideal person will be able to work well with our very dynamic team but will also be able to follow through and deliver results independently.</p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience if you are self-taught</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Programming experience in C#/ASP.Net 3.5</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Solid experience with presentation layer technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Ability to consume and transform structured data formats such as XML and JSON</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Knowledge in database design and SQL</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">A passion for web standards, the best UI/UX practices, and cross-browser compatibility</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Familiarity with RIA tools such as Flash would be a plus</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus</span></li>

<p><strong>The Role:</strong><br />

-Qualified candidates must be stronger in corporate EA (for like federal integrators) vs. government and have worked in a similar role for like companies. The EA will provide a robust, cost effective, and secure IT Architecture serving the needs of a variety of stakeholders. The individual will provide a mix of enterprise architectural expertise and hands-on experience in the development and implementation of the solution. Past experience should include working within a corporate IT environment in organizations similar to our client. This position requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills able to work with the various corporate support and line organizations.</p>
<p><strong>Duties are but not limited to:</strong><br />
- Identify technologies and tools to implement the critical elements of the enterprise architecture. Research, analyze, design, propose and deliver solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies.<br />
- Provide overall direction, guidance and definition of SRA&#8217;s technical architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy and increase operational efficiencies.<br />
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to establish and maintain and communicate a technical enterprise roadmap.<br />
- Create, apply and evolve an enterprise architecture with a clearly defined business value and ROI based on SRA&#8217;s IT strategy.<br />
- Reduce overall complexity, increase agility, and drive our client&#8217;s long term IT strategy.<br />
- Interface across all business areas and IT organization, acting as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects and ensuring consistent implementation and operation of current projects<br />
- Identify solutions, build consensus, and execute effectively through an established common enterprise architecture vision amongst architects and IT project leaders.<br />
- Provide leadership to highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.<br />
- Rationalize, maintain and evolve the application portfolio.<br />
- Provide technical expertise and consultation to executive leadership and business leaders.<br />
- Lead in the development of and ensure governance of architecture principles and standards; create internal standards that fit the current and future needs of our client.<br />
- Participate in the implementation planning of the approved architecture, and execution as required.<br />
- Participate in the planning and implementation of Corporate Continuity Plans.<br />
- Define metrics to measure progress and effectiveness of our client&#8217;s enterprise architecture solutions and applications<br />
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to advance the company competitively and protect company assets and information.<br />
- Coach and mentor more junior staff members.<br />
- Occasional travel required approximately 10% Required: Years of experience (min) 6-9</p>
<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong><br />
- Ability to facilitate the collection of business requirements and document them both in IT and business terms with cost estimates of effort and resources<br />
- Experience integrating packaged software into a complex IT environment. Strong technical knowledge of database and web architectures and applications<br />
- Service oriented architecture implementation and governance experience<br />
- ERP implementation and operational experience including advanced reporting and document management.<br />
- Experience architecting and deploying enterprise network architecture, including ensuring network adheres to network security best-practices<br />
- Experience with Sharepoint or other similar collaboration and document management platforms &#8211; Knowledge and relevant experience with enterprise compliance with Government and other standards including FISMA and ITAR<br />
- Ability to conduct research into a variety of infrastructure technologies as required. Experience with design and implementation of complex technical environments using multiple technologies and languages<br />
- Strong analytical skills<br />
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience in delivering required functionality on time and on budget without compromising company architecture or quality<br />
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of managements and staff, including through formal presentation.<br />
- Experience with the application of Web2.0 technologies and wireless connectivity within the Enterprise.<br />
- Position requires US Citizenship and must able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance; preferred already possesses</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Thoroughly understand current customer needs/requirements for relevant product segments. Understand how our client&#8217;s offerings can meet customer needs, stand out from the competition and serve customers&#8217; broader business goals.</li>
<li>Thrive in an entrepreneurial team environment yet drive and deliver on individual responsibilities.</li>
<li>Contribute to market requirements documents and market plans with an understanding of market trends, competitors, market segments, and marketing strategies and tactics, with the goal of enabling sales teams, building awareness and generating demand for our client&#8217;s end-user computing offerings to accomplish business goals.</li>
<li>Develop awareness, enablement and lead generation tools including Web text, brochures, white papers, presentations, etc. and work with worldwide field operations team to enable the partner, sales, consulting, and services organizations to compete effectively and succeed in the market.</li>
<li>Support teams such as field marketing, corporate marketing, corporate communications, analyst relations, public relations, and event marketing with content and participation in their plans and activities.</li>

<p><strong>REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS</strong></p>
<p>Individual Contributor. Reports to Director of Solution and Product Marketing for the End-User Computing focus area.</p>
<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>MBA preferred; Bachelors Degree required in Business, Marketing or similar major</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of high-tech marketing experience, preferably in collaboration technologies/solutions</li>
<li>Experience enabling and/or selling through the solution provider channel</li>
<li>Experience working with a cross-functional and international team</li>
<li>Strong entrepreneurial, strategic and functional marketing skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated messaging and positioning writing skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated; ability to take ownership about assigned  projects; ability to work independently and with a team</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a team environment and participate as a team member</li>

<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong></p>

<p>We are looking for up to <strong>four expert front-end web developers</strong> who will be responsible for applying modern web standards to implement fast, maintainable, cross-browser web applications. <p>The Release Team is critically inserted in the software development flow at our client&#8217;s company. They schedule, document, package and deploy all software changes to production on all of our platforms. They make sure that what runs in production is both sane and expected. <p><strong>Responsibilities of Release Engineer:</strong></p>
<p>    * Support and improve our tools for release management and deployment<br />
    * Stage new releases and promote them to production<br />
    * Troubleshoot deployment issues on live systems until the problem is fully understood and its effects mitigated<BR></p>
<p><strong>Requirements of Release Engineer:</strong></p>
<p>    * BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience<br />
    * At least 2 years experience in software engineering, release engineering, and/or configuration management<br />
    * Strong familiarity with software configuration management, svn and git experience highly desired<br />
    * Extensive knowledge of <strong>Linux</strong> and <strong>SQL</strong> databases<br />
    * Solid foundations in scalable, web software architectures<br />
    * Highly skilled in a scripting language, a <strong>bash/python</strong> combination ideal<br />
    * Experience with centralized deployment systems (e.g., <strong>bcfg2, chef, Capistrano, puppet</strong>)<br />

Since taking on the task of web marketing integration, and community building we have become acutely aware of the glory of Web2.0 tools.  Hence why we&#8217;ve made the decision that the ultimate goal of EESG v1.0 is to remove ourselves from being a standard job board or careers page, but instead to be considered a trusted hub of useful and insightful information sharing for our colleagues, partners, clients and candidates.</p>

<p>Five years of experience in dental practice management software sales, and management of a team. Dental industry knowledge, sales management experience, and sales mentoring abilities along with computer proficiency. Responsible for ensuring maximum revenue growth of the Enterprise products and services through direct and indirect management of the company&#8217;s national sales organization. Assist in developing objectives for sales functions related to volume, cost of sales, product profitability, and competitive position with the market place; establish and maintain effective communication with appropriate directors and managers across the company to ensure the proper level of sensitivity to needs of field operations; and handle difficult sales negotiations.<BR></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><em>Ensure maximum revenue growth of all Enterprise products and services through direct and indirect management of the company&#8217;s national sales, sales support, and consulting organizations.</em></p>
<p>    * Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.<br />
    * Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in core products.<br />
    * Provides quarterly result assessments of sales staff&#8217;s productivity.<br />
    * Assist with the coordination of proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable product sales.<BR></p>
<p><em>Establish and manage effective sales training to ensure a sales staff which can effectively attain desired sales growth and profitability results.</em></p>
<p>    * Manages personnel activities of staff (i.e. hires, trains, coaches, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends terminations as necessary, etc.)<br />
    * Review all sales proposals and provide direction on closing tools and skills necessary to win the business<br />
    * Assists in sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales prices/discounts with sales team and management.<BR></p>
<p><em><br />
Establish and manage effective programs and trade shows to address the following issues:</em></p>
<p>    * New account sales and growth to base through sales force<br />
    * Improved trade show and seminar presentations<br />
    * Pro-active competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns<br />
    * Proper use and level of sales support<br />
    * Manages and maintains a budget for the department at a reasonable level.<br />
    * Works through and with business/financial issues on contracts.<BR></p>
<p>Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.</p>

<p>    * Direct, coordinate, and review activities of Technical Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Manager<br />
    * Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.<br />
    * Train TSRs on sales strategies, company policy and procedures.<br />
    * Produce monthly sales reports based on TSR reports and market information<br />
    * Recommends and sells valves and controls utilizing knowledge of valve and actuation applications.<br />
    * Computes installation or production costs, estimates savings, and participates in preparation and submission of bid specifications to customer for review and approval.<br />
    * Attends sales and trade meetings and reads related publications to obtain current market condition information, business trends, and industry developments<br />
    * Inspects establishment premises to verify installation feasibility, and obtains specifications and drawings to submit to engineering department for bid.<br />
    * Demonstrates and explains use of installed equipment and production processes.<br />
    * Arranges for installation and test-operation of machinery and recommends solutions to product-related problems.<br />
    * Contacts current and potential customers, visits establishments to evaluate needs, and promotes sale of products and services<br />
    * Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.<br />
    * Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.<br />
    * Participate in preparation of Quotes per specifications.<BR></p>
<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong><BR></p>
<p>Requires a Bachelors Degree in Business or a Technical discipline, 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area and 2-4 years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of valves, actuators, and controls strongly preferred.<BR></p>
<p><strong>Additional Skills Required:</strong><BR></p>
<p>    * Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.<br />
    * Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.<br />
    * Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.<br />
    * Requires excellent computer skills, ability to work with detail, good organizational skills, solid math skills, superb time management skills, and excellent problem solving ability.<BR></p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> Negotiable, with benefits package, plus annual bonus pay plan.<BR></p>
<p><strong>Work Conditions:</strong><BR></p>
<p>    * Flexible workweek, hours may vary.<br />
    * Extended hours may be required based on business needs.<br />
    * Travel to other facilities and training would equate to no more than 50% of a workweek.<br />
    * General work will be primarily conducted in a climate-controlled office setting with a minimal flow of people.<BR></p>
