George Easton began his recruiting career in 1996 as the owner of SoundTeknologies – a talent management firm based out of Toronto, Canada. He was immediately recognized by his partners and associates as a trail blazer in sales, especially in fostering long term relationships with clients and third party vendors. This enthusiasm evolved into an appreciation for technology as he navigated his career path towards software development and sustainability research, applying both industries to virtually every project he was involved with.
A natural salesperson, George met and surpassed his sales targets at IBM Canada, becoming one of the company’s most productive employees in the software division in 2004. This success resulted in recruiters seeking out George’s experience, capitalizing on his skills both in technology and in sales. Subsequently, George began working for highly reputable placement firms specializing in software and technology before finding his entrepreneurial opportunity as the founder of the Easton Executive Search Group. Since its founding (2006), George has developed an impeccable reputation for his recruiting abilities and his continuing efforts in supporting green initiatives.
